Brian Rodriguez, hails from Miami, FL and proudly serves as the Manager of Guest Entertainer Programs at RWS Global. From booking and scheduling to onboarding and liaising with agency partners and ships’ teams, Brian’s role is all encompassing in managing the guest entertainers for various clients, including Azamara and MSC Cruises. Brian is equipped with a Bachelor of Music (Voice) and MBA from Stetson University and brings a decade of industry knowledge and field experience. Prior to joining RWS Global, Brian worked six years with Viking Cruises as a vocalist and Cruise Director and most recently, was humbled to receive the Outstanding Young Alumni Award for 2022 from his alma mater. He takes pride in leading with kindness and empathy, streamlining operations for optimal effectiveness, forward planning and creating memorable experiences for guests, talent and clients alike. Brian seeks to make a difference every day by bringing positivity to the workplace and sharing joy with those around him.
