In her teaching, she emphasizes the technical principles of bel canto combined with detailed work on artistic interpretation and expression. Vocal coach and founder of The Diction Police, François Germain has established himself as a leading lyric diction specialist working with singers in the USA, Canada and Europe. He is currently on the Opera Faculty at CIM as well as on the music staff of the Semperoper in Dresden, Germany.
