Tenor Steven Paul Spears has performed with many arts organizations across the US and Europe, specializing in works of the Baroque and Contemporary Periods. They have sung with opera companies in Berlin, St. Louis, Houston, Louisville, Utah, LA, Palm Beach and others. Having received degrees from the Juilliard School and University of Louisville, Steven is in their 20th year of teaching at Lawrence Conservatory in Appleton, Wisconsin (where they are voice department chair); 8th year as director of music at First Presbyterian Church in nearby Neenah. While some of SPS's alums go on to success in other fields, many go on to considerable careers in vocal performance and voice teaching.
