Trusted Alliance Masterclass

Nyela Basney has conducted more than 150 concerts with the American, Virginia, Toledo, and Shreveport Symphony Orchestras, as well as with the Rochester and Sarajevo Philharmonics. She has conducted full productions of more than 40 operas, most recently leading Lehar's "Merry Widow" with Lyric Opera of Chicago's Stacey Tappan. Miss Basney founded Trusted Alliance Masterclass, focused on the synergy between conductor and singer, in 2017, and gives master classes and workshops at universities and Young Artist Programs. She is a Guest Artist faculty member at the Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University.
