USC Thornton School of Music Masterclass

Work with USC faculty member Brent McMunn.

As Conductor of Opera at USC’s Thornton School of Music, Brent McMunn recently led a world premiere collaboration with the Sibelius Academy in Helsinki.  Having served for many years as Assistant Conductor at LA Opera, New York City Opera, and Santa Fe Opera, his conducting engagements around North America include Arizona Opera and Calgary Opera.  As a pianist he has performed in Carnegie Hall, and is the official pianist in Los Angeles for the Metropolitan Opera’s Laffont Competition.
