Several years ago, I was in the wig/makeup room with a singer who was very upset about her rapidly thinning hair. A few of the men chimed in with their own woes, which did little to comfort the singer. Wigs are wonderful for performances but in this youth market, they don’t help land jobs at the audition nor do they help with the networking so necessary in today’s job market. This article was brought to our attention by a singer who showed it to her doctor. Even though her thyroid test showed readings only on the low side of normal, supplementation was tried, hair loss was totally reversed and other symptoms (leg cramps, etc.) eliminated. We thought we’d share it with the rest of the CS Community. —CJ
