As singers, “proper posture and alignment” are the gold standard, in order to improve our overall instrument, and therefore our sound. But, HOW do we improve the awareness of our alignment, so that we can find it on our own in the practice room? Bones for Life® was created by Ruthy Alon, and goals of the program are to stimulate bone strength, improve functional walking, align posture toward upright, develop equilibrium, and enhance pleasurable movement.
