My mother always strived me to show my voice where I go for the community whether it be performing for the senior citizens of my community, funerals to remind of the life that was lost, or weddings to celebrate the new life of two. Now today after 12 years of singing and 11 years in choir singing I have been blessed enough to still perform in my community whether it be with my school organization or with private organizations such as local churches. Every day I strive to learn and will never cease to keep going.
