Bio

Avantika Swaminathan is a senior at Carlmont High School, CA. She studies with Olga Moudry Chernisheva. She enjoys solo and ensemble performances and has sung at events, participated in her school’s award-winning choir program in their women’s choir and a capella group, In Treble as well as in musical theater. She enjoys challenging herself and growing her craft and placed 1st in the New Talent Festival (Conservatorio Della Svizzera Italia & Giuliana Bianco) and the Charleston international Music Competition (18th Century) and was awarded the Most Exceptional Performer and 3rd in the California regionals for Schmidt Vocal Arts. She most recently placed second at NATS regionals in the high school senior division. She hopes to touch people’s hearts and put a smile on people’s faces with her singing.
