I am a 15-year-old, high school sophomore who loves all things musical theatre. As a dancer at Revolution Dance Academy in Colorado Springs, CO, I have studied various styles of dance. These styles include ballet, contemporary lyrical, jazz, tap, acro, contemporary ballet, and I achieved getting my first pointe shoes this past November. Also, I am a member of their Performing Arts Ensemble competition team and compete at various competitions throughout the year. I began studying at Peak Performance Voice Studio in June of 2024, learning both musical theatre and classical vocal techniques under the direction of Paula Baack. In school, I sing with our Chamber Singers Choir, which is an auditioned choir and am in the Theatre Production class. In November 2024, I attended Thescon in Denver, CO. It is Colorado's leading educational theatre conference where I attended workshops and saw various performances. Most recently, I competed in two voice competitions. The first was Pikes Peak Music Teachers Association Historical Era Festival in Colorado Springs. I was one of two voice winners. The other was Colorado Music Teachers Association Rising Stars competition in Denver. I won first place in the lower senior (15-16 year olds) division. Outside of school and my extracurricular activities, I love to draw, read, and sing.
