Evan Vorpahl

Evan J. Vorpahl is a passionate, upcoming baritone / bass majoring in Vocal Performance at Lakeland University. In his freshman year, Evan has already established himself as a standout in the music department, taking second place in the Wisconsin NATS Lower College Music Theater TTB division in their 2020 competition. Evan was named Exemplary Tenor in 2017 and 2019 at Wisconsin's State Solo and Ensemble competition in the classical division. He was chosen as the lone vocalist in the 2020 John Michael Kohler Arts Center's Senior Honors Recital competition. Evan was a member of the auditioned Lakeshore Youth Chorale from age 8 until his graduation from High School. Evan has tackled challenging roles including Motel the Tailor in Fiddler on The Roof, Daddy Warbucks in Annie, Ren McCormack in Footloose and El Gallo in The Fantasticks.
