Bio

Kailey Diggs is a soprano known for her expressive musicality and vocal agility, offering a thoughtful approach to both operatic and concert repertoire. In 2024, she made her operatic debut in the title role of Handel’s Alcina and has since performed in several contemporary works, including the role of Estelle Rigault in Zachary Watkins’s No Exit. A frequent soloist, Kailey has sung major choral works such as Poulenc’s Gloria and Rutter’s Magnificat. She has won several awards, including first place in the 2023 California Capital Chapter NATS competition, first place in the 5th Annual Fresno State Art Song Festival, and second place in the Opera Modesto competition. Kailey currently studies with Dr. Robin Fisher and is actively establishing herself in the California Bay Area. She earned her Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of the Pacific in 2024.
