Melissa Birch

Melissa Birch is a mezzo-soprano who graduated from Valparaiso University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Performance. Melissa has enjoyed singing in choirs that have travelled all over the world including, but not limited to, Carnegie Hall in New York, St. Peter's Basilica in Italy, and even Thomaskirche in Germany. During the day, Melissa directs a few elementary choirs at a local public school and has a small private voice and piano studio for young musicians. Currently, Melissa is singing in local choral groups including the Los Robles Master Chorale under the direction of Dr. Lesley Leighton and the Arete Vocal Ensemble directed by Dr. Wyant Morton.
