Gabrielle Salomon is currently an undergraduate at Arizona State University double majoring in Vocal Performance and Music Learning and Teaching, while minoring in History. She studies under Dr. Amanda DeMaris. Gabrielle enjoys competing in voice competitions, such as NATS; she placed first in the 2020 AZ District competition and the 2022 Cal-Western Regional competition. Gabrielle also enjoys participating in opera and music theater productions. Her most recent appearance on ASU’s stage was as Alexandra in 600 Square Feet by Nkeiru Okoye. Her previous roles include Marie in Rodger and Hammerstein’s Cinderella and Gingerbread Child in Hänsel und Gretel. Gabrielle is employed as a music instructor at Bach to Rock North Scottsdale where she teaches private voice and piano lessons and group music fundamental classes. Additionally, she was the music director of Lisle Park District’s production of Matilda the Musical. Gabrielle loves to stay active performing by working at Victory Lutheran Church in Mesa, Arizona as a cantor and the soprano section leader.
