Bio

I can't imagine a day without singing! I will begin my third year of the Lyric Theatre Program at the University of Illinois-Urbana/Champaign, studying voice with Dawn Harris & Sarah Wigley and coaching with Michael Tilley in preparation for a career in opera and musical theatre. This fall, I look forward to playing Mrs. Anderssen in Lyric Theatre @ Illinois' production of A Little Night Music by Stephen Sondheim. Favorite stage roles include Babette (Beauty and the Beast), Meg March (Little Women), Phoebe D'Ysquith (A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder), Sandra Bloom (Big Fish), and Cosette (Les Miserables). I have further developed my skills by serving as Music Director on a number of junior shows with a community theatre organization. All the starts and stops from covid have cemented an even stronger determination to fulfill my dreams of performing on stages around the world. I am simply grateful for opportunities that continue to challenge and inspire me on this musical adventure.
