Stephanie Beard

I have been singing, acting, and dancing since I was 2 years old. I attended Teresa Lubarsky's Healdsburg Ballet from 2 years old-11, and then Six Street Playhouses dance school when I was 8. After dancing I soon realized acting was my next step, so my mom signed me up for an acting theatre company called, H-Town Youth Theatre, at the time. I was in shows from Cinderella, and I got to play the Evil Stepmother. In Music Man, I was cast as Charlie Cowell and Mrs. Shinn. The last show I did that truly showcased me as a young upcoming actress, was getting to play the soulful Purple Kangaroo. After being in this company till I was 12, I suddenly found my true calling, Sweet Adelines International. I joined Pacific Empire Chorus when I was 12 years old, where I have resided ever since. We won our first-place medals in May of 2019. My quartet RetroActive also won our first-place medals and got 14th in the world at the Sweet Adelines International Convention in New Orleans, Louisiana. As well as attending Santa Rosa High School and being a part of the choirs there, I believe I have accomplished much as a performer and singer in the last 19 years. I now attend Santa Rosa Junior College, where I am hoping to graduate with an AA-T in Music.
