Bio

Christina Mink is currently a Precollege soprano student at the Manhattan School of Music. Christina was accepted into the program in 2020 when she was 12 years old. She is currently the youngest soprano student taught by voice pedagogue Jeanai Lavita.

Christina began studying music and performing arts in her early childhood. At 7 years old, she started private lessons for piano, viola, singing and ballet. At 9 years old she began art song studies with soprano Darlene Bennett.

Christina made her operatic debut as Emmie (soprano) in the cast of the classic British

Opera Albert Herring by Benjamin Britten at Stony Brook University's Staller Center on April

30th and May 1st of 2022 in Stony Brook, NY under the baton of the highly regarded former

Metropolitan Opera conductor, Maestro Daniel Beckwith.
