Ella Vaughn is 18 years old and a Freshman at Oberlin Conservatory. She began her singing journey when she was 9 thanks to serendipity or tragedy depending on how you look at it. Ella badly broke her wrist in a unicycle accident at circus camp which prevented her from piano and guitar lessons for close to a year, so she started voice lessons and hasn't looked back. Singing is a major part of Ella’s life—she attends vocal institutes/camps in the summer, she is in multiple choirs, and participates in vocal competitions several times a year.
