Sterling Jones

Sterling Nelson Jones is a passionate storyteller who is unafraid to make a fool of himself. With over a decade of intense physical and vocal training, he can do everything from tap dancing to complicated acrobatics...all while singing. Sterling is a kind and generous performer; easy to work with and quick to learn. When he's not performing you can find him sitting around a table weaving stories as a Dungeon Master, attempting to bake something he's never tried before, or teaching young performers how to best tell their own stories.

Most recently, he was in Bull Durham: A New Musical (Ensemble) at Theatre Raleigh, directed by Mark Bruni and choreographed by Joshua Bergasse. Sterling is a recent graduate of Ithaca College's musical theatre BFA. Ithaca performance credits include: Urinetown (Officer Barrel), Newsies (Race), and the Momentum Dance Concert (dancer in the piece Guests Only).
