Veronica Young

Veronica Young is currently a high school junior at The High School for Performing and Visual Arts in Houston, Texas. Veronica’s dream is to pursue a career in Classical Vocal Performance, focusing on Opera. Veronica has trained for four years using the RSCM, for two years with a voice coach, and has competed locally. This is Veronica’s first national Competition. She won the Greater Houston NATS Classical Division for Freshmen Women last year. She has performed with Chorus Angelorum, The Piping Rock Singers and the University of St. Thomas Chorus. In her first year of public school, as a sophmore, she advanced to All-Region Choir. Veronica loves to sing all music, but especially enjoys Baroque.
