Fei Xia, soprano, is a native of Guangzhou, China. She earned Master of Music degree in vocal performance at University of Miami and is currently a candidate for the Artist Diploma in voice and opera at the John Cali School of Music at Montclair State University. Xia had been chosen to participate Mr. Sherrill Milnes the Voice Experience Summer Florida Voice Project and Milnes Voice Studio program with partial scholarship in 2016 and 2017. In 2017, she made her Carnegie Hall debut in the role of Juliette in Roméo et Juliette. In 2018, she performed the role of Giulietta in Les contes d’Hoffmann with New York Lyric Opera in their Opera Gala at Carnegie Hall. She had sung the role of Una Novizia in Suor Angelica and the role of Ilia in Idomeneo with Angels Vocal Art opera company in their Summer Festival in 2019. She will be singing the role of Second Lady in Die Zauberflöte with Manhattan Opera Studio in their Summer Festival in 2020. Her major roles: Manon (Manon); Annio (La clemenza di Tito), Zerlina (Don Giovanni), Lauretta (Gianni Schicchi), Despina (Così fan tutte), Pamini (Die Zauberflöte), etc.
