Alicia Mathew is a 16-year-old soprano and current junior at Metea Valley High School in Aurora, Illinois. Even though she began performing last year, she is well-known in her community for her impressive vocal abilities. As an active member of her school and church, Alicia has had the opportunity to perform at banquets, church events, and so much more. This past summer, Alicia traveled with her church to help young kids learn music. Alicia is also involved in her school's most advanced curricular choir, Chamber Singers. She is also a soloist and recorder instrumentalist for her school's highest renaissance vocal group, Madrigals Court. At school, Alicia is a soprano and is known for her astonishing range. Aside from singing, she loves working on her book (she's been working on it for 13 years!) and playing Guild Wars 2.
