Anya Shyamsunder is a rising sophomore in the Vocal Studio at the world-famous and highly competitive Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School in New York City. She discovered her love for singing at a very young age and began formal training at the age of eleven. Since then, she has developed a deep passion for classical music while also enjoying jazz as a fun and expressive outlet. Anya is privately taught by Sun Young Chang.

An accomplished musician, Anya plays piano, cello, and the Indian string instrument veena, blending diverse musical traditions in her studies. She has earned top honors in prestigious competitions and performed at iconic venues including Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center.

Driven by a love for storytelling through music and a desire to connect with audiences, Anya pursues her musical journey with dedication and enthusiasm. Beyond music, she has a keen interest in history and law.
