Annie Ascher

Ann Ascher is a Chicago Based Classically trained soprano voice. She is a 16 year old junior at Hinsdale Central High School where she was accepted as a member of Chamber Choir for her Junior and Senior academic years. On weekends, she is a student at Merit School of Music in the West Loop of Chicago and enrolled in the Tuition-free Conservatory in the Voice Division with an emphasis in Classical and Musical Theatre techniques. She is involved with the Lyric Opera Youth Opera Council under LaRob Payton. Annie is trained privately in Voice under the expertise of Patricia Hurd and studies Piano under Marian Lamoureux. She has also performed in many Musical Theatre Productions at Hinsdale Central High School and BAM Theatre, most recently she has been cast as "Maggie" in A Chorus Line and "Amalia" in She Loves Me. In her free time, Annie loves to travel and spend time with friends and family. She loves the CS college masterclass program and competition and all of the amazing opportunities it provides for young singers.
