Bio

Cortinez is a senior at Davidson Fine Arts and has studied classical voice at the Augusta University Conservatory Program since 2017. Her notable performances include being a featured soloist alongside Cristina Fontinelli, Paolo Bufagni, and Alexander Chaplinsky for Aiken Historical Museum's "Opera and Broadway in Banksia," and "Lucy" in Menotti's "The Telephone" with Davidson's Fine Arts Department. In 2025, Cortinez was selected to participate in The Juilliard Summer Vocal Intensive as one of eighteen internationally chosen vocalists. Ana holds numerous leadership positions with the Davidson Chorale and National Tri-M Music Honors Society, and performs across genres as a vocalist in Davidson’s vocal jazz a cappella ensemble, “Harmonix,” and the “12th Street” Jazz Band.
