Trevor Schonman is a rising senior at Oak Park River Forest High School and has been involved in music for as long as he can remember. He began studying piano and drums at five years old, percussion at nine, and voice at twelve. While playing in band and singing in choir, he has also performed in many musicals like Grease (2x), Guys and Dolls, and Mamma Mia. He just music directed the show Heathers for Ovation Academy of the Arts. He's been a part of the ILMEA All-State Choir for the past two years, as well as Marching Band, where he will be Drum Major next year. One of his most unique musical experiences has been performing acapella with his family. He is looking forward to participating in Michael Feinstein's Songbook Academy this summer as one of 40 people selected!
