Jayson Altieri, Jr. is an upcoming Senior at Prattville High School in Prattville, Alabama. Since his first official roles at age 9 as Prince Phillip at a summer camp quickly followed by Gavroche in Les Miserable at a Regional Opera House, he has not stopped acting, singing, or dancing. Jayson continues to expand his theatre experiences behind the stage with playwrighting, directing, stage managing, choreography and costuming. The highlight recently has been simultaneously playing Pharaoh and Levi, doing public relations, being the assistant Dance Captain, as well as co-creating the costumes and especially the coat for Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. Additionally, Jayson is Captain of his high school Show Choir, Prattville Spotlight, and a two time All State Choir participant. He is also proud to serve as Outreach and Festival Chairperson for the Alabama State Thespian Officer (STO) Board. He plans to pursue either Vocal Performance or Musical Theatre in college.
