Madeleine Beeghly

Madeleine (Maddie) Beeghly, mezzo soprano, hails from Shorewood, Wisconsin. She is a Sophomore at Shorewood High School (graduating 2022).

In her national High School competition debut, Madeleine was a Semi-Finalist in the 2020 Hal Leonard Classical Vocal Competition. Statewide, she received a Lead Performance Jerry Award (2020) for her portrayal of Hope in Urinetown and WSMAF ( Wisconsin School Music Association Festival 2020, 2019, 2018) received 1* (perfect scores) for solo, duet and chamber classical vocal and musical theatre performances. She sings in English, French, Italian and German.

Prior to entering the classical and musical theater scene, Madeleine sang blues music to sold out crowds with several Milwaukee area blues bands, including Leroy Airmaster, Blues Disciples and Steve Cohen and Little Maddie. She plays the guitar and harmonica and has experience singing Rock and Jazz with live bands.
