Andrew Yuan is a 17-year-old high school senior from San Jose, California, who has been playing the piano since he was 5. His first Youtube video, a cover of “Let It Go” from Frozen, went viral among his friends and community when he was in third grade. Andrew has been learning genres of jazz, pop and musical theaters from Iari Melchor, and has been coached by Amy Heumann for classical music. Andrew has won national and international vocal competition awards in jazz, pop and classical music categories, and he is thrilled to perform at Carnegie Hall twice in 2022. Andrew has been a proud chorus member in his school and community choirs for many years, and currently he’s a baritone/low tenor lead singer in his high school’s choir.
