​​​Elle Cohen, soprano, is a junior at Phillips Exeter Academy, where she is active in the music department as a member of Concert Choir, Vocal Chamber, PEA Jazz Ensemble, and the MUS500 performance and recital program. She is also the co-head of In Essence acapella group. She was recently selected as a High School All-Star by Classical Singer Magazine and a Great American Songbook Academy Ambassador. She has placed 1st in State in NATS Musical Theater and 3rd in NATS Classical. She recently participated in the AAMS Summer Music Institute Opera Program in Italy. Elle is the founder, in partnership with the national non-profit, of her school’s Music & Memory peer education and community service project that provides music engagement services for seniors in memory care. She will be spending this summer at BUTI Tanglewood.
