Charge a reasonable price for participation and concert attendance

Provide a stimulating cultural experience to all participants and visitors

Encourage the view that Central New Jersey is an interesting and culturally rewarding musical destination

Engage Festival Committee members from many surrounding communities

Hold additional events as determined by the Festival Committee.
