Ad Astra Music Festival

The Young Artist Program is the backbone of the Ad Astra Music Festival. Four or five undergraduates are chosen from across the country to live in Russell, KS for the month of July to perform in quartets, large and small choral settings, and as soloists. The program demands a high-level of preparation, strong sight-reading skills, and thoughtful artistry from singers. The festival provides housing for the month, a competitive stipend, and helps with travel expenses.
