Gandersheimer Domfestspiele

Gandersheimer Domfestspiele takes place in Bad Gandersheim every year from the beginning of June to mid-August. The largest professional open-air theater in Lower Saxony with 999 seats is one of the most traditional festivals in Germany. The program ranges from classical plays and musicals to children's and family theater. The performances take place in front of the portal of the collegiate church in the open air.
